Doktorzz is a multi-specialty integrated telehealth platform that helps you access doctors, nurses, psychologists etc to promote your health and address any health concerns you may have.

You can make an appointment to see a range of providers like specialist and non-specialist doctors, dentists, specialty nurses like wound care nurses, care coordinators and lactation nurses, psychologists, social workers, etc.

We generally process electronic payments on the platform. In some settings, for instance at our affiliated health centres, the operator may accept cash from you but facilitate your getting on the platform using their business electronic payment tool to make the payment on your behalf.

This is an unfortunate occurrence that our clients would sometimes experience. To avoid being charged for a new visit, it would be vital that you keep the consultation open. Do not close the consultation so that when your provider calls or texts back, you both continue from where you left off.

The provider would generally call the client when the time of an appointment is due.

Each person is required to have his/her own account on Doktorzz.

No. Registration is once and for all times. You do have to log in and log out at the start of and with completion of visits.

Yes. It will be our pleasure to help because we know that navigating health care can sometimes be overwhelming, with the priorities changing with time. We have a care coordination service and one of our expert physicians would be happy to look at your history and point you in the right direction at different times.
 

You can make the time of your visit count more by uploading any information you may have about your health beforehand. Such information as your Vital signs or Observation readings like temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, blood sugar level, height, weight, allergies, previous blood or imaging tests, reports from specialists etc. You can complete the relevant fields on the app or upload relevant documents to the app.

We avail you of your records once we receive a request via contacts@doktorzz.com. We do charge a nominal administrative fee.

To register as a seller, you need to give the following information: 

  • Email address 
  • Phone number 
  • Business Information 

 

To sell on Doktorzz. you will need: A smart device with a camera and Internet service. 

 

Doktorzz’s reputation is only as good as that of our vendors, consequently, should any listed item breach trust, it poses risks to our entire marketplace. Ensure that listed products are not substandard, unregulated by NAFDAC or past their best by or expiry date. 

Doktorzz will enforce, the following procedures: 

  1.    50,000 Naira risk compensation on first occurrence of detection of a listed replica or fake. 
  1. On the second occurrence, to ensure to give ample time for a vendor to delist a replica or fake without exposing our collective reputation, store will be suspended until written commitment is made to seller.support@Doktorzz.com.ng and store checked. 
  1. Doktorzz will be fully transparent to legal authorities investigating cases of alleged breach of trademarks on the platform. 

 

Please be aware that Doktorzz will abide by the law and share any relevant information about every vendor subject to legal investigations regarding this topic. 

On Doktorzz, you can see a provider, get a lab or imaging request, get a referral letter, sick certificate and prescriptions.

Yes. Doktorzz is a multi-specialty platform on which you have access to most specialty services. We do recommend that you start by seeing a family Physician or General practitioner who will be able to help you better understand your condition and advise whether a specialist may be needed to help you better.

We encourage clients to book in advance. However, our providers set their own availability and you may find one with availability just when you want it! Perhaps with some luck!

We generally advise clients to call the local Emergency services in case of an emergency because our providers DO NOT HANDLE EMERGENCIES. Our providers only review urgent and non-urgent issues.

The visit ends once the duration booked lapses. The provider will typically end the consult.

Yes. However, each account would have to be entered separately. Be sure to log out of one before logging on to another.

At this time, we do not offer advice about what labs, imaging centres or pharmacies you go to. We are in the process of partnering with ancillary institutions and will make a list available once that process is completed.

Yes. Our experienced providers are keen to have a look at your history with a new set of eyes to see whether anything has been overlooked or missed. Just book an appointment to see a General Practitioner or relevant specialist to get started.

We take your privacy very seriously. Only providers credentialled on the platform can see your records. Generally, only those directly involved in your care will be expected to access your records. However, our providers would sometimes have to work collaboratively to look after you better.
